We ship Worldwide from Turin, Italy.
If you cannot find your country at the checkout please contact us.

Lost packages

All Standard Shipping orders are shipped with Post of Italy and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Post of Serbia and the destination country/region’s carrier are responsible for the delivery. If your package was lost or haven’t arrived after 30 business days please contact your local post office, show them your tracking number, they should help you to locate it. You can also contact us so we can help you to locate it from our side.

 

If your order was not delivered and was sent back to us we will give you a full refund except the shipping costs. We can also resend it to you for the additional fee (€15). Please send us an email with your order details to shopolalalea@gmail.com

 

Taxes and Duties

OLALA LEA does not cover any duties, taxes or associated handling fees which may be applied to your order by your local government. Please be aware that you will be responsible for payment of these costs upon delivery of your order. Please contact your local customs office for more information. We are not responsible for replacing or refunding any orders that are stuck in customs clearance.
